About Team:
We are Automation AI and Data (AAD) team that caters to data engineering and analytics automation and AI solutions for various groups and divisions within Thermofisher Scientific.
Job Functions:
Design develop and deploy machine learning models and AI applications.
Preprocess clean and analyze large datasets for training and testing.
Implement deep learning natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision algorithms.
Optimize and finetune models for performance accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with data engineers software developers and business partners.
Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines and infrastructure.
Monitor and evaluate model performance ensuring continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI ML and deep learning.
Implement microservices architecture to build scalable and resilient software solutions.
Use Cloud platforms like AWS Azure to deploy and run software applications.
How will you get here
Education:
Bachelors/masters degree in computer science AI Data Science or a related field.
Experience:
6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
Strong programming skills in Python TensorFlow PyTorch or similar ML frameworks.
Experience with NLP reinforcement learning or generative AI models.
Familiarity with bigdata technologies like Spark Hadoop or Databricks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and MLOps practices.
Good understanding of algorithms data structures and statistics.
Handson experience with data preprocessing feature engineering and model training.
Proficiency in deploying ML models using APIs Docker or Kubernetes.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a team
Experience in agile development methodologies to deliver solutions and product features.
