Job Description
This position is required to be onsite at our Calgary Alberta corporate office.

The Manager Employee Support is responsible for overseeing the Employee Support Data Administration and Employee Services teams as well as HR Liaisons. This position ensures the delivery of excellent customer service and efficient management of employeerelated processes.
What you will do:
- Manage and lead the Team Lead Employee Support; Team Lead Data Administration; Team Lead Employee Services; and HR Liaisons
- Ensure the delivery of highquality customer service to all employees
- Oversee the development and implementation of employee services policies and procedures
- Support change initiatives by managing the adaptation of employee services to new business processes or policies ensuring minimal disruption
- Monitor and evaluate team performance providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of employee services
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to employee services
- Develop and maintain metrics to assess the effectiveness of employee services
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and service delivery
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration preferred CPHR designation
- 8 years of experience managing teams within an HR or employee services environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in HR software and tools including SuccessFactors SAP and ServiceNow
