The Opportunity:
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or closely related field. CIMA or ACCA part qualified or QBE preferred.
- Experience: Solid experience within a commercial finance role and in business partnering preferably in multinational companies. Financial modelling.
- Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish are essential. Proficiency in another European language is highly desirable.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint). ERP system skills preferably SAP Power BI and QlikView experience preferred.
How you will thrive and make an impact
- Act as a trusted Financial Business Partner for Sweden & Denmark providing strategic analysis and advice to Sales Directors for sound financial decisions.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to create business plans budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Support sales leadership by setting targets tracking performance and calculating sales incentive payouts based on achievements.
- Prepare monthly financial results and profitability analyses to help identify strategies for revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Oversee operational cost management financial reporting and risk/opportunity documentation while coordinating with the global FP&A team for consistent KPI tracking.
