Our client is a beautiful oneofakind country house hotel based in the UK. Set in the stunning area of Ascot they are looking for a Director of Guest Experience to coordinate guest experiences that result in treasured longlasting memories and guest loyalty.
You must have experience using Opera.

Responsibilities as the Director of Guest Experience
- Overseeing managing and motivating the Guest Services and Guest Relations Departments to ensure each and every guest has a truly wonderful experience
- Supporting the Director of Rooms with the daily operations of the hotel
- Communicate effectively with the Guest Service Team and Central Reservations Team to ensure a seamless and professional service is provided to each guest
- Building a positive rapport with guests and managing any complaints efficiently by ensuring issues are resolved during the stay
- Developing the guest service and guest experience leaders to ensure their teams are focused on delivering a guestcentric service
