The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Business Partnering team and work closely with senior stakeholders including the Universitys Senior Management Team Faculty General Managers and Executive Directors to develop and deliver people strategies for a defined portfolio.
In this leadership role youll guide a team of HR professionals and drive key initiatives across recruitment talent development workforce planning leadership development performance management and organisational change. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of highquality HR services that support the achievement of organisational priorities.
The successful candidate will lead direct and champion major strategic change initiatives and reviews of policy procedure and practice and ensure successful delivery and uptake in the relevant client portfolios. You will act as a trusted advisor providing expert strategic and operational advice aligning business and people objectives and delivering strategic and tactical solutions to address peoplerelated matters.
