Job Description Business Development Executive
Aqgromalin is a tech driven farm diversification platform enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. We work both on the upstream and downstream of the farm gatethrough a full stack tech solution. Farmers can order high quality inputs via our app AQAI and get it delivered to their farm gate. Postharvest our downstream trading platform enables farmers to exit the produce through our network of traders retailers (butchershop and fish stalls) and exporters.
We are looking for:
Designation : Business Development Manager
Location : MangaloreKarnataka
Must have B2B Sales Experience and Field sales Experience. Must be willing to travel extensively
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new businesses for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They Should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships with traders/ commercial meat establishments to grow business and Help the company expand Maintain existing business in the state
Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Think strategically seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Work strategically carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational change
Requirements
Knowledge & Skill requirement:
Should be conversant in Hindi & English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and of successful development strategies
Focused and goaloriented
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
13 years prior industryrelated business development experience
Should know Tulu Kannadalanguage and agri sales experience
