We are so excited to be assisting a luxurious familyfriendly hotel located in Cornwall. They are looking for an approachable Head Chef who is a real foodie and enjoys creating a wide array of dishes to direct their talented team of 10.
From familyorientated meals made using the very best seasonal produce from local suppliers to classic Cornish afternoon tea treats.
As Head Chef you will have experience working in luxury hotels and have your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Head Chef
- Circa 60000 per annum and up to 3000 service charge
- Relocation package
- Leading a fantastic kitchen brigade of 10
- Working for a hotel group with an excellent reputation
Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Creating a variety of highquality dishes that please the palates of all the family
- Developing your team by sharing your wealth of culinary knowledge and expertise
- Showcasing outstanding communication skills
- Taking charge of kitchen operations to ensure an unforgettable dining experience
Having recently undergone an extensive 13 million refurbishment this is a wonderful time to join the team as they enter a new chapter and work towards developing their team.
