About the Role:

Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey of shaping the future of cloud computing At CoreWeave were not just another cloud provider were pioneers revolutionizing the industry by putting bleedingedge GPU technology on top of the industrys fastest and most adaptable infrastructure. We are on the hunt for remarkable Technical Program Managers who share our passion have an understanding of GPU infrastructure and AI Applications to join our Customer Experience (CX) Organization. The CX team is responsible for educating prospective customers on the technical value of CoreWeave designing and defining customer deliverables and integration points onboarding and enabling customers and ensuring successful ongoing operations of CoreWeave within customer environments.

Your Role:

As a Technical Solutions Manager in the Customer Experience organization at CoreWeave youll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Strategic Customer Relationships: Ownership of technical customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Define Customer Requirements: Collaborate with customers and partners to define technical requirements that meet the customer needs for AI/ML.
  • Drive EndtoEnd Program : Oversee the of complex programs including planning resource management risk assessment and internal/external stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage with Stakeholders/Influence product strategy: Gather document and communicate program requirements to ensure clarity feasibility and alignment with critical objectives. Share customer feedback with Product Management and Engineering influencing product direction.
  • Foster Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among various teams including engineering product management operations support and sales.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives and secure necessary resources and support.
  • Proactively Manage Risks: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the program and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders to drive resolutions and minimize impact.
  • Measure Success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectiveness.
  • Drive Improvements: Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance operational speed and quality outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in technical program management customer success management or professional services delivery management with a focus on cloud infrastructure and AI/ML applications.
  • Strong Written Communication Skills: Communicate effectively through both longform documents and shortform/asynchronous communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track Record: Successfully organized and coordinated the efforts of multiple teams to deliver longrunning complex projects with visibility to senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership Style: Comfortable working in a bottomsup leadershipstyle organization that focuses on enablement communication organization and inspiration over task management.
  • SelfAwareness: Recognizes when to seek help and is willing to ask for it in a timely manner within a safe environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $185000$215000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
