As an Integrated Safety Response Coordinator Family Harm you will be responsible for attending and providing administration support at the multiagency Safety Assessment Meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implements an effective process to coordinate daily operations including triage and chairing Safety Assessment meetings.
  • Facilitates appropriate and relevant information sharing that identifies current knowledge held by the collective so that initial risk assessment and timeframes for response can be agreed upon.
  • Ensures connected effective responses and balanced allocation of work to service providers based on understanding provider capability capacity and fit.
  • Identifies creates and implements solutions to address problems with processes and procedures.
  • Ensures the case management system is accurate and updated regularly completes administrative and technical support functions as required.
  • Ensures risk escalation processes and procedures are followed by all organisations working in the partnership.
  • Completes quality assurance and trend reporting where required.

  • This role is firmly acrosspm Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are nonnegotiable.

  • Please note this role is a Locally Advertised Position (LAV) and is only open to applicants within Canterbury District

Utu tau Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $95057 and $100626 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
