Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Program Understanding: Thoroughly comprehend the programs objectives agenda and expected outcomes ensuring alignment with our mission. Tool Proficiency: Become wellversed in programspecific tools frameworks and methodologies to effectively implement our strategies. Startup Engagement: Establish relationships with 2025 startups gaining deep insights into their competitive landscapes and operational contexts. Diagnostic Assessment: Administer diagnostic tools to assess the growth barriers and maturity levels of each startups functional constituency. Growth Interventions: Customize and execute strategic and tactical interventions to accelerate the maturity and growth of each startup. Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and document the progress of startups recording milestones challenges crucial data points and appraise Program Leaders Support Services: Facilitate support services for the effective implementation of strategic and tactical interventions. Data Analysis: Analyze transformation and maturity model data to assess the effectiveness of proposed interventions. Continuous Improvement: Make recommendations for improving diagnostic intervention and analysis tools frameworks and methodologies. We need 5 people.
