POSITION SUMMARY

As the Supervisor Recoveriesyou will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant recovery of assets and accounts within the Asset Recovery Account Investigation Legal and Insurance Teams. The Recovery Teams will contribute to a reduction in loan losses by ensuring collateral assets are recovered for the maximum benefit of the company. This role requires the supervisor to lead a team manage asset recovery account investigations legal and insurance processes and ensure all activities adhere to legal and organizational standards. You will also be expected to complete performance reviews coaching opportunities and administering disciplinary actions as applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or greater.
  • Proven experience in asset recovery or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of asset recovery processes legal regulations and compliance standards.
  • Sufficient experience in conflict resolution.
  • Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Culture custodian professional and innovative
  • Highly organized and strong attention to details.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise a team of agents providing guidance training and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee and coordinate the recovery of assets and accounts ensuring proper handling documentation and timely of the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce losses.
  • Ensure that all recovery activities comply with legal regulations company policies and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to Manager Recoveries.
  • Maintain communication and relationship with vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to recovery in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all external costs across the departments generate positive recovery.
