Job Description
Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th grade education
- Age below 30 years
Specific Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Presentable appearance
- Basic English proficiency
Job Description:
- Assist customers in a retail store by understanding their needs answering questions and helping them select products.
- Stay updated on product features and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section ensuring attractive product displays.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
Salary/Stipend:
- 11k to 15k take home per month (Dependent on store location)
