Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital Customer Perm Contract Full Time
Salary 23419.60 per annum
37 5 hours per week

As a Receptionist at our Bristol Hospital youll have great communication IT and keyboard skills. Youre also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way thats clear sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.
As a Receptionist you will:
Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department
Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships
Answer the phone deal with enquiries and book appointments
Welcome patients in person directing them to the appropriate changing or waiting rooms
Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly
Prepare clinical paperwork referral forms charge sheets and terms and conditions
This is a full time role so if you were successful you would have to be flexible between the hours of 6.30am 8pm MondayFriday. Rotational shifts tend to be 6:30am2:30pm 95 and 128pm. There is occasional work on weekends
