Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Opportunity Analysts Process Associate English Hybrid Bucharest.
Responsibilities
Create Opportunities directly into client application
Communicate effectively with individuals and various teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely resolution
Utilize standard procedures when dealing with problems and looking for solutions
Prepare complete and accurate work/transactions including appropriately notating accounts as required
Maintain basic knowledge of products and services
Qualifications we seek in you:
Minimum qualifications
Experience in actively creating deals in CRMs will be a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritizes work to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines with extreme attention to detail and ownership.
Advanced Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windowsbased applications) along with excellent written and verbal communications and typing skills required.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and abilities to have critical conversations with individuals while maintaining a professional environment.
Preferred qualifications
Any Graduate
Proficient with MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint
Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak)
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/Phones with businesses
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
