FullTime Tours And Travels role in Dharwad Karnataka India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in arranging travel itineraries booking accommodations and transportation and providing excellent service to clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Kannada
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus
- Customeroriented mindset and problemsolving skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries for clients
- Book flights accommodations and transportation arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures
- Handle travelrelated documentation and paperwork
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and vendors
- Manage client reservations and changes
- Stay uptodate with travel trends and destinations
- Handle any travelrelated issues or emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses
