JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER POZNA
Role overview
RTR Team is all about financial processes controlling and internal controls. The team is focused on ensuring the accuracy completeness and transparency of financial statements reported for Commercial and Production entities from Western Europe within established timelines. We collaborate with various stakeholders taking into account finance & business processes affecting financial data often deploying an endtoend perspective.
What youll be doing:
- Working together with local users and business partners on correct accounting treatment and SAP transaction usage
- Cooperating with internal & external audit
- Supporting in assuring correct transactional data in SAP (check data identify problems conduct process improvement to overcome root causes);
- Taking an active role in the financial monthend closing process including calculation of accruals and preparing group reporting of financial statements in HFM;
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives new technology rollouts and process design activities;
- Participating in the financial planning process;
- Contributing to the teams collective knowledge through preparing and updating process documentation
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
We are looking for a person who:
- has good financial knowledge with experience in shared services/business process outsourcing and an educational background in corporate finance;
- has 2 years of operational experience in Finance and/or Accounting;
- has worked in and enjoys working in a diverse international environment;
- has a good understanding and knowledge of financial processes;
- has good communication skills and a customeroriented attitude;
- is proficient in written and spoken English;
- navigates easily in Office365 environment and has a good practical understanding of MS Excel;
- has previously worked with SAP Blackline and HFM (will be an asset);
