The Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall administration and supervision of the School Based Youth Services Program at Pemberton Township High School and Middle School. Supervises staff and interns and monitors information as it pertains to contract requirements and budgeting. Represents the program in the community. Responsible for planning developing and evaluating programs to meet the needs of students and overall organizational goals and objectives. Collaborates with school district personnel to promote the program and identify needs Follows all PI and HR pursuant to the daily operations related to program functioning. Provides training and supervision of program staff including hiring orientation scheduling assuring required credentialing and trainings and conducts staff meetings and performance appraisals in accordance to agency policies. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any agerelated needs of the consumers served. The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served. He or she must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumers status in order to identify each consumers needs and provide the appropriate care including agerelated care needed by the consumer group.
Located inside Pemberton Township High School and Middle School the SchoolBased Youth Services Program provides an array of free services to help students navigate their time in high school while simultaneously gaining skills that help lead to graduation and employment or continuing education.
School Based Youth Services are accessible on site free of charge and are available to all Pemberton Township High School students and their families.
Core services include counseling; violence/pregnancy/drug and alcohol prevention programs; access to health services employment skills development learning support services and family supports.

Education/Experience:
Masters degree with 2 years supervisory experience plus 5 years experience working with youth/adolescents required. License or certification if applicable. Supervisory experience required. Knowledge of Prevention Standards set forth by NJ State.
