What is Nursing in Adult Foster Care at The Arc of Opportunity
Our Adult Foster Care (AFC) Program is a medicaidfunded initiative that enables individuals with disabilities to live with caring providers in a safe and nurturing environment. The program provides comprehensive case management and nursing oversight. The nursing staff in our AFC program monitors the health status of individuals supported in our Adult Foster Care program and acts as a resource for all program staff and home.
