Job Description

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medical Surgical

Profession: LVN / LPN

Pay Rate: $23 to $25 per hour

Shift: Day Shift 3x12Hour 07:00 AM 07:00 PM)

Job Description:

ESO Consultants is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the general medical/surgical units at Rochester General Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic supportive environment and provide exceptional patient care.

Unit Details:

Units: 4500/5500 General Med/Surg units

Support: Work under RN supervision while managing independent patient assignments

Staffing Needs:

5 Day/Night rotations

2 Dayonly positions

3 Nightonly positions

Shifts: 3x12hour or 4x12hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a med/surg setting with RN support

Administer medications monitor vital signs and perform routine assessments

Document patient care and progress using the Epic charting system

Collaborate with RNs and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Active New York State LPN license (required)

Hospital experience within the last 2 years (required)

Availability for rotating schedules as needed

BLS certification preferred

Additional Details:

Block schedules not available

Scrub color: Navy and white combinations
