Job Description

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Outpatient Cardiology

Profession: LVN / LPN

Pay Rate: $17 to $29 per hour

Shift: Day Shift Monday Friday 5x8Hour 08:00 AM 04:30 PM)

Type: FullTime 40 Guaranteed Hours Weekly

Job Description:

ESO Consultant is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their outpatient cardiology care team. This fulltime position offers a consistent weekday schedule with the opportunity to float across multiple clinic locations in the Rochester area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing support for cardiology patients in an outpatient clinic setting

Conduct medication prior authorizations

Perform inbasket work and documentation using Epic EMR

Collaborate with physicians clinical staff and patients to coordinate care

Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on care plans

Float to alternate locations as needed for clinic coverage

Requirements:

Active New York State LPN License (required)

Proficiency with Epic including inbasket and documentation functions

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to take constructive feedback and demonstrate flexibility

Previous experience in cardiology or outpatient care is a plus

Familiarity with medication prior authorization processes

Schedule and amp; Environment:

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Primary Location: Brighton Clinton Woods
