The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Facilities MultiServices Manager to join our team in North Charleston SC.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and integrate a highperforming team of employees and midlevel management focused on a multibillion construction project supporting the Boeing South Carolina expansion.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads project and construction management ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans policies and procedures specifically designed for largescale construction projects
Guides the formulation of business and technical strategies setting clear goals and objectives to drive project success
Acquires and allocates resources effectively for organizational activities providing technical management of suppliers and leading process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Fosters and maintains strong relationships partnerships and communications with stakeholders peers business partners and direct reports to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
Participates in source selection budgeting and schedule providing technical oversight and integrating supplier activities to optimize project outcomes
Manages develops and motivates a diverse team of employees and midlevel managers cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the project management team
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience leading facility construction projects from inception (documenting detailed requirements and building a project plan) through design permitting and construction to commissioning and closeout utilizing accepted project management principles and methodology
Experience with Project Management Best Practice (PMBP)
Experience analyzing data creating reports and presenting results
Experience using computers including typing and utilization of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience in a role that required the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in Project or Construction Management
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
