The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and talented Software Developer / Project Lead to join our growing team. In this3month contract role(with potential for extension based on performance) you will play a pivotal role in building innovative software solutions that streamline our operations elevate the client experience and contribute to the companys continued growth. You will wear two hats focusing on both technical development and leading projects to successful completion.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of handson experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in ASP Core Web API and C#.
- Expertise in frontend development using React JS HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Indepth knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ready to learn automated AI enabled systems & CRMs
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Development:
- Design develop and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP Core Web API to power our backend systems.
- Build and maintain userfriendly frontend applications using React JS and related technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript).
- Write clean efficient and welldocumented code adhering to best practices.
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time.
- Project Leadership:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage project scope timelines and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Foster a collaborative and productive development environment.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Communication:
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Document development processes and procedures effectively.
