Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Helping define the overarching IT strategy for buying utilising the OKR framework (objectives and key results)
- Overseeing and supporting the implementation of IT projects and initiatives related to buying ensuring they progress according to plan and align with the broader business strategy
- Capturing and monitoring the strategic IT roadmap for buying in ServiceNow in close collaboration with relevant stakeholder groups
- Collaborating with leaders and their respective teams to identify prioritise and steer strategic IT initiatives
- Acting as an inhouse consultant and providing adhoc analyses/concepts related to strategic IT topics currently relevant in the industry
- Preparing presentations and coordinating international senior management committees
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Bachelors or masters degree in IT computer science economics or a related field
- Proven experience in IT project management planning and including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders across hierarchy levels
- Analytical thinking and the ability to process complex information
- Discretion and a high level of trustworthiness
- Independent and proactive approach to tasks
Desirable extras.
- Experience in IT strategy or management consulting
- German language skills are beneficial
- Experience working with ServiceNow
