Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Recruiter for our growing Data Analytics team to join our Gurugram office!

Job Overview

Oliver Wyman is expanding our internal search capability and is seeking an exceptional individual to support recruitment for our fastgrowing India Data Analytics team along with assisting in other areas of recruitment such as internal business support roles.


The recruiter will play a key role in meeting our hiring needs and directly contribute to the growth and success of recruitment across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Recruiter and Head of India Analytics to design and implement a hiring strategy for India analytics

  • Help establish campus presence of DNA India on the targeted campuses

  • Building candidate pipeline by using a variety of channels including direct sourcing efforts direct applications employee referral program

  • Support the entire recruitment cycle from job postings resume reviews screen calls scheduling interviews to offer process

  • Manage communications with candidates acting as the face of the company to deliver an outstanding candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate records in the firms Applicant Tracking System and reports

  • Working closely with Talent Management Training and Operations teams to ensure the successful integration of new staff

  • Help with other areas of recruitment like recruiting for internal business support roles and HC projects as required including reporting and analytics

Experience Required

  • Master or Bachelors degree in computer science electrical engineering information technology or a related field preferred

  • 46 years of corporate or agency recruiting including 2 years of Analytics Recruiting with a focus on: Full stack engineers; data scientists Data Science; Advanced Analytics Cloud / DevOps / Engineering Consulting analysts

  • Recruiting experience in management consulting financial services professional services or a large matrixed organization preferred

Skills and Attributes

  • Collaborative and works effectively as part of a highperforming team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Credible highly professional and able to communicate and negotiate effectively with partners and consultants with diverse personalities cultures and backgrounds.

  • Highly motivated proactive highperforming multitasker who takes full ownership of their work and manages the details prioritizing as needed

Technical Skills

  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills high attention to detail and ability to convey a narrative through the use of data and research

  • Strong sense of ownership and experience proactively taking initiative collaboratively driving strategy using sound judgment to prioritize requests and working with minimal direction

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
