About the team

Be a part of a young friendly dynamic and multicultural team with people from across the world at SAPs worldfamous Digital Hub in Barcelona. As part of the Global Digital Customer Experience team youll directly support the Digital Value Advisory Digital Solution Advisory and Digital Deal Strategy areas.

Digital Value Advisory: The Digital Value Advisory (DVA) practice advises SAPs customers on digital transformation by developing value propositions and business cases for technology investment. A core driver of SAPs longterm cloud strategy the DVA team drives profitable growth for SAP by delivering scalable value advisory services integrating intelligent technologies into engagement models and leveraging standardized methodologies

Digital Solution Advisory: We provide an incredible buying journey for customers from discovery conversations to understand the clients needs to demonstrating how we could help them realize their organizational goals. We are often deemed the bestinclass SAP masters thanks to our solution business process and industry knowledge. With experts in finance logistics manufacturing sales & marketing human resources analytics and data management we leverage cuttingedge technology to remotely engage numerous exciting startups scaleups and SMEs who are growing their businesses to be the leaders of tomorrow.

Digital Deal Strategy Advisory: Our purpose is to transform business complexity into opportunities. We are seen as the Swiss knives within SAP and through our sales and processes experts support our salesforce in shaping the strategy and of their deals from products to pricing and quoting.

What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern Digital Customer Experience

Location: Barcelona Spain

Expected start date: September/October 2024

Expected duration: min. 6 months up to 1 year

In this role youll:

In this internship youll work closely with the DVA DSA and DDSA Global Heads in the following areas:

• Lead plan and execute community initiatives to grow the global DVA DSA and DDSA practices and strengthen the global practices communities
• Develop executive communications materials to promote key DVA DSA and DDSA information to stakeholders from senior executives to field practitioners
• Maintain key DVA DSA and DDSA practice files and content to streamline and accelerate community engagement and communications
• Provide adhoc executive support to the DVA DSA and DDSA Global Practice Leads

• Current Bachelors student pursuing degree in Business Administration Communications Psychology or similar Liberal Arts/Humanities
• Strong knowledge of MSOffice suite especially advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into structured simple communications
• Interest in software and technology first familiarity of/willingnes to learn using SAP products (SAC) fast and work independently with them after a short time
• Quick understanding of and adaptability to new processes and cultures
• Fluent in English (spoken & written). Other languages are considered an asset.
• You set high standards for task and are not afraid to follow up to get things done.
• You also like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• You have a track record of strong academic and personal achievements.
