Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Lead with a strong balance of leadership and handson expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams while also possessing technical proficiency in Power BI Snowflake and requirements gathering.
About the role
- Manage mentor and develop a team of BI professionals fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Define and execute a BI strategy aligned with business objectives ensuring scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs translate them into technical requirements and drive solutions.
- Design develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or Qlik.
- Optimize SQL queries and leverage cloudbased data platforms (Snowflake AWS Azure GCP) to ensure highperformance data delivery.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clarity alignment and impact.
- Lead BI projects from conception to balancing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members ensuring their growth and professional development.
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in Analytics Business Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
- 57 years in business intelligence data analytics or a similar field.
- Strong technical foundation in BI tools and cloudbased data solutions: Power BI Tableau Qlik SQL for complex queries and data optimization Snowflake AWS Azure and/or GCP.
- Leadership and team management experience including mentoring and training junior analysts.
- Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical insights into business value.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Bigpicture thinker who can connect the dots across an organization and identify new opportunities for datadriven decisionmaking.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Additional information
- Employment Type: Fulltime longterm position at Concord.
- Salary range:$95000 $110000 base.
- Work arrangement: hybridflex 12 days onsite but flexible).
- Office location: Parkville MO.
- Interview process: 1 introductory call 2 takehome assessment and 3 panel interview with the hiring team.
- Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
