Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Lead
Job Position Experience: 7 Years
Job Position Location- Onsite- Irvine CA USA
Job Position Skill Set:
- Highly skilled manufacturing or industrial engineers with 7 years of experience
- Experienced with process development and done manufacturing site audits
- Executed cost and quality improvement projects yield and throughput improvements etc.
- Conducted studies to characterize new manufacturing process.
- Assess manufacturing sites and come up with process improvements plan and associates cost.
- Developed manufacturing capabilities using statistical analysis
- New product innovation and supply chain
- Manufacturing line/site transfer and process change
- Six sigma certification will be added advantage.
- Manufacturing Data gathering and perform statistical analysis(Minitab)
- Manufacturing Procedure Documents
- Reviewing technical work instructions drawings and good documentation practices.
- Client PLM knowledge (Map Agile Follow-up)
