SDR Manager (High Tech & Energy)

Were seeking a dynamic SDR Manager to lead our team of six Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across North America and EMEA. Youll be reporting to the Sales Director of our HiTech & Energy team taking ownership of a highvolume coldcalling environment that targets midmarket and enterpriselevel prospects. While most of the team is based in our main office one or two SDRs will work remotely from our Toronto location. If youre passionate about coaching a sharp coachable but relatively inexperienced teamand you have a track record of success rising through the ranks from SDR or AE to Managerwe want to hear from you!

This is a hybrid position in our London UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.

What Youll Be Doing:

    • Mentor train and motivate SDRs on coldcalling tactics and best practices
    • Cultivate a resultsdriven socially conscious culture ensuring consistent performance against targets
    • Identify and implement new AIdriven sales tools and cuttingedge prospecting functionalities to enhance lead generation and efficiency
    • Continuously refine scripts cadences and outreach strategies in alignment with market trends and PatSnaps goal of accelerating impactful innovation
    • Work closely with Marketing on campaign planning lead flow and feedback loops to refine buyer personas and value propositions
    • Partner with regional Sales teams to align pipeline goals qualification criteria and handoff processes ensuring the right focus on the innovators who align with our mission
    • Oversee daily use of Salesforce Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and other tools ensuring accurate reporting and bestinclass processes
    • Provide insights into new tools or features that could streamline outreach and data management
    • Monitor SDR KPIs including call volume conversion rates and pipeline generation
    • Present regular performance updates to the Sales Director and senior leadership

About You:

    • SDR/AEturnedManager: 12 years of SDR Manager experience (or a newly promoted individual) who can relate to the earlycareer challenges of the team
    • Cold Calling Expert: Strong background in outbound prospecting with a track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
    • Tech Savvy: Experience with Salesforce Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and familiarity with AIenabled sales tools
    • MissionDriven: Passion for supporting innovators who are shaping a better future for society and the environment
    • Collaborative Mindset: Thrives in a highly collaborative entrepreneurial environment working closely with crossfunctional teams
    • Excellent Communication: Strong coaching style and the ability to inspire a young coachable team
