The candidate need to be well versed with Specification Selling Approach in the building materials segment through Structural Engineers Architects Government Agencies Contractors and Applicators.
Plan and execute Sales and Marketing strategy with passion to deliver business of company from the existing Specification Pipeline.
Take complete ownership and responsibility of key projects; To build a strong specification/sales pipeline of projects.
Drive projects from Solution to (Technical Solutions) by engaging all stakeholders. Build and nurture relationships with leading Contractors Applicators Architects Consultants Designers and Key Decision Makers in government as well as private sector.
Associate with key applicators to execute projects.
