As a Senior Manager youll be at the helm of both technical innovation and site leadership for Aurora in Bangalore. Your role will be multifaceted combining strategic vision with handson technical expertise. Youll shape the longterm technical roadmap and set ambitious goals to drive performance improvements that benefit our customers. A key aspect of your role will be fostering a thriving engineering community aligning organizational leaders on priorities and optimizing resource allocation to achieve critical objectives. Your technical acumen will be put to the test as you identify architectural bottlenecks develop proofofconcepts and guide senior engineers in crafting robust technical solutions. Youll be instrumental in streamlining delivery timelines through strategic engineering plans.
