Job Description
Spartanburg School District Four is currently taking applications for an Assistant Principal of Instructionto serve Woodruff Middle School (WMS) and Woodruff High School (WHS) for theAcademic Year. WMS serves approximately 700 students in grades 68 and WHS serves approximately 800 students in grades 912. Both schools have a strong focus on academic rigor and personal discipline in an environment that supports meaningful learning and relationships among students faculty and community members.
A valid South Carolina credential for assistant principal is preferred with a minimum offive 5 years successful classroom experience. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of standards implementation and effective instructional practices along with a knowledge and understanding of highquality instructional materials data analysis and South Carolina Teaching Standards 4.0 certification.
