Kenilworth Science and Technology Academy is an openenrollment public charter school serving K through 8th grades.
The mission of Kenilworth Science and Technology Academy will be to create a safe healthy
and studentcentered learning environment that cultivates the knowledge skills and
competence in computer science necessary for academic excellence STEM careers and
character development.
Kenilworth Science and Technology Academys vision is to prepare students for high school
college and competitive career opportunities through an innovative approach computer science
education for all and a challenging STEMfocused curriculum with the goal of empowering
students to become productive and responsible citizens. Our mission and vision are essential to
driving our students success. Furthermore we recognize a need for a pathway to academic
excellence and a STEMfocused curriculum with computer science education that will increase
future college and job opportunities for a population of students who are historically
underserved.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited fouryear educational institution required
- Experience in a K12 classroom setting strongly preferred
- State certification is required (If not certified a high level of contentarea proficiency and eligibility to get certified)
- Minimum 5 years of experience required.
- While we have no openings now we will contact applicants from this pool first when positions become available.

- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to navigate webrelated applications and technology.
- Ability to instruct students using a variety of technology applications and platforms.
- Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior.
