Job Summary
We are actively seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager with experience handling real estate accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate clients providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients understanding their insurance needs and providing strategic risk management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of insurance and risk management services to clients.
- Conduct regular policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and make appropriate recommendations.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new business development within the real estate sector.
- Stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure client portfolios remain in adherence to legal requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with a focus on real estate clients.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in industryspecific software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced clientfocused environment.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $80k$100k (based on experience).
