Qualification required: - PGDM / PG Diploma in Export-Import Management or International Business

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations export-import policies and documentation
- Proficient in coordinating with logistics partners CHAs and regulatory authorities
- Good knowledge of incentive schemes like MEIS RODTEP and EPCG
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Excel
- Excellent planning coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues under pressure
- Risk mitigation plan
- Negotiation Skills
- Dealing with Transporter
Duties & Responsibilities:
Export & Import Operations:
- Manage complete export and import documentation processes including pre- and post-shipment activities
- Coordinate with CHA freight forwarders shipping lines and transporters for timely shipment execution
- Ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents like invoices packing lists BL COO and LC documentation
Compliance & Regulatory:
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations DGFT policies and other EXIM statutory requirements
- Handle EPCG MEIS/RODTEP documentation and related formalities with DGFT and customs authorities
- Keep track of export incentives and duty benefits under applicable schemes
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with internal departments (production stores accounts) for dispatch planning and documentation
- Liaise with customers vendors and banks for export remittances and LC settlements
- Resolve issues related to delays penalties or non-compliance with shipping schedules
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of all EXIM transactions licenses and correspondence
- Ensure proper version control and traceability of critical EXIM documentation
- Track shipments and update status to stakeholders regularly
