Job Summary:The Building Monitor provides security for assigned division. Reports theft vandalism and any other unauthorized or illegal activity. Serve as contact point and access control for afterhours visitors.
Additional Department Summary:Patrols the Law Center grounds and parking lot during assigned hours to monitor for and report any unauthorized or illegal activity. Acts as a contact point for students staff and faculty with security questions or concerns and as access control for visitors during assigned hours.
May also be requested to work during certain athletic events or other special events at the law school.
Required Minimum Qualifications:Must be able to read write and follow verbal and written instructions.
Skills and Knowledge:Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Attention to detail. High degree of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:First Aid and/or CPR training.
