As a Quality Engineering Test Supervisor in Managed Application Services (MAS) at RSM you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of our quality assurance practices including:
Leading quality assurance projects associated with ERP implementations
Developing and implementing test strategies
Defect management
Continuous improvement of testing processes
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams
This role requires excellent testing skills leadership abilities and communication skills. You must be clientfocused and teamoriented. In this role you will be a valued member of our team maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and stakeholders and help ensure successful projects.
Responsibilities:
Managing quality assurance projects guiding teams of quality assurance engineers and testers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high performance of our clients software products.
Developing implementing and maintaining robust test strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines.
Establishing and maintaining defect tracking and management processes to ensure timely identification documentation and resolution of software issues.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to optimize processes tools and methodologies.
Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including software development product management and operations.
Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reports to effectively communicate test progress results and quality status to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and test management with at least 2 years with project management experience.
Experience in testing ERP software
Functional knowledge of ERP software
Indepth knowledge of test management tools (Azure Dev Ops Jira etc)
Proven ability to project manage a team of quality engineers fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Familiarity with automation (e.g. Leapwork Toska Selenium JUnit TestNG) and performance testing tools (e.g. Leapwork NeoLoad LoadRunner JMeter).

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $91200 $172700Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
