About the role
Experienced Neurophysiology Scientist:Skilled in EEGs NCS EP studies and IOMs delivering highquality care in clinical settings.
Natural Leader:Ready to mentor and guide junior staff while taking on a managerial role to drive departmental excellence.
Collaborative & Communicative:Strong team player liaising with stakeholders and supporting Neurophysiology and Botox clinics for conditions like migraine and spasticity.
ResearchFocused:Passionate about contributing to medical research including drug trials and advancing clinical studies.
QualityDriven: Committed to maintaining high standards ensuring accurate results and supporting continuous improvement.
About you
Qualified Professional: You hold a relevant qualification in a scientific or technical field such as a Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent with a strong foundation in clinical neurophysiology.
Experienced in Clinical Neurophysiology:You bring at least 8 years of handson experience in performing clinical neurophysiology testing including EEG EMG EP systems and intraoperative monitoring.
Technically Proficient:You have indepth knowledge and testing experience with EEG (Compumedics) EMG (Synergy) and EP systems and some experience in intraoperative monitoring.
Strong Leadership Skills:You excel in managerial and organizational tasks with a keen attention to detail and are capable of supervising and mentoring neurophysiology technicians.
Team Player & ANSA Member:You work effectively in a team environment and are an active member of the Association of Neurophysiology Scientists of Australia (ANSA) demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
