Job Description
Title: Zone Maintenance Mechanic 1
Department: Facilities
Position Type: Full Time Evening Shift 3:30pm 11:00pm
Location: Baltimore MD 21205
Responsibilities: Performs inspection maintenance and repair work on building systems and components. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of various technologies including electrical carpentry mechanical and plumbing.
Requirements: 5 years related work experience in a multicomplex maintenance environment.
The fulltime equivalent in trades programs may count toward the 5year work experience requirement.
Salary Range: Minimum26.96per hour Maximum31.30per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
