What Youll do
- Embody the Core Values and Mission of ChickfilA Square One.
- Use our CORE 4 Model to serve guests and fellow Team Members.
- Welcome & greet guests take and prepare customer orders at the front counter
- Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room observe health and sanitation guidelines and ensure each guest leaves with a smile!
- Must be friendly enthusiastic someone who enjoys serving customers.
- Ability to conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
- Rigorously adhere to food safety and restaurant security policy.
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or whole shift.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Has a positive attitude excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Enjoys fastpaced environment while keeping a clean and organized work space.
- Team Members wages start at $17.50/hr.
Note: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands.
