Front of House & Membership Sales REGEN London Streatham
13/hour 12 to 24 hours per week Part-time role with potential to grow

The Role
This is a part-time front of house and sales role that blends member service admin and sales support in one.
Youll be responsible for:
Greeting every member and guest that walks through the door warmly confidently and professionally
Handling membership enquiries booking tours and following up with leads
Delivering a seamless front desk experience managing check-ins messages payments and basic admin
Supporting new joiners through their first few visits and helping them feel part of the REGEN community
Keeping the FOH area sharp tidy and well-stocked at all times
Taking ownership of daily tasks working with initiative and staying proactive during quieter periods
Contributing to the energy and standards of the club alongside the wider team
Who You Are:
Were looking for someone reliable switched-on and confident under pressure.
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in customer-facing roles (fitness retail hospitality sales it all counts)
Communicate clearly and naturally in person over the phone and via message
Are calm composed and solution-focused when its busy or something doesnt go to plan
Are confident following up with leads asking the right questions and explaining membership options
Are naturally organised and able to manage a mix of small admin tasks and people-facing responsibilities
Understand what makes a premium gym experience feel different and want to help deliver it
