Job Description
RPO Recruitments client a wellestablished property development firm in Cape Town is currently seeking a qualified Junior Site Agent who can join their team as soon as possible and contribute positively towards the success of their projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with all administration pertaining to building handover
- Assisting the project manager with quality control of units
- Development administration obtaining occupancy certificates and final approvals for buildings etc.
- Assisting with all NHBRC related applications including renewals registrations and enrolments
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in the built environment (Architecture Building Property Studies Construction Management)
- Minimum 3 years experience preferably in the property development industry
- Solid proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Positive and professional attitude
- Valid drivers license and own transport
