This role is designed to provide support to our account team and partners during key project phases supporting Sales SEs and Partners ensuring smooth and efficient operations to accelerate business with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Critical SEs Project Steps: Assist our team in navigating project stages from leverage Fortinet Advanced Services and PS to critical customer deadline related to renew crosssell upsell.
Assist Account team in Escalations: Act as the point of communication between customer partner and Fortinets account team and support in case of long situations. Align customers expectations with or standards and processes involve partner to create action plan to quickly resolve situation.
