Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Opportunity at Monument Health Rapid City SD

Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team at Monument Health a Level II trauma center in Rapid City South Dakota. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highacuity environment that provides comprehensive trauma care for a large catchment area.

Position Highlights:

  • TraumaFocused Role: Provide care for orthopaedic trauma cases including pelvis and acetabulum injuries breadandbutter hand injuries and routine pediatric fractures. All work is trauma/emergencybased with no elective components.

  • Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Clinic Support: Participate in followup care in a dedicated trauma clinic.

Shift Details:

  • APPs work 12hour shifts with coverage provided 24 hours per day.

  • Typical shift hours are 6:30 AM 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM 6:30 AM.

  • Annual shift requirement: 164 shifts 12 hours each).

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
