WHAT YOULL DO
As a Solution Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) (SCSM) for SAP Business AI you will act as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts in your Market Unit maximizing customer lifetime value by driving consumption of AI units and focusing on value driven business outcomes. You will leverage your expertise in the specific solution area from identifying consumption demand setting up AI adoption initiatives for SAPs broad Business AI portfolio to supporting customers postsale.
