KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for committed production employees (m/f/d) for sugarbeet seed processing at the Einbeck (Lower Saxony/Germany) as soon as possible. This dynamic position is initially limited to up to 24 months and is fulltime.
Your tasks:
- Technical responsibility: monitoring and operating the stateoftheart equipment and machinery in the various seed production processes
- Varied activities: Processing production orders according to work plan and specifications and changing inserts in various production processes to ensure smooth operation
- Quality control: Performing control tasks to ensure the high quality of our seeds
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training (preferably in the natural sciences or agricultural sector) career changers from logistics/warehouse or technology/trades are also welcome
- Commitment: Willingness to work in shifts (sometimes 24/7 and high physical resilience
- German language skills are required
- Ability to work in a team flexibility reliability and independent working style
- A forklift drivers license would be an advantage
