Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Insurance Consultant to join our team at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance in Pune Maharashtra India. As an Insurance Consultant you will be responsible for providing valuepacked and innovative insurance products to our customers helping them achieve their longterm life goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in the insurance industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of life insurance products
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Good problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in sales management and retail sales
- Experience in lead generation and business strategy is a plus
- MDRT certification is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their life goals and financial needs
- Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer requirements
- Provide comprehensive information on insurance policies terms and conditions
- Assist customers in the application and enrollment process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies
