Transaction Data Storage Reliability Engineering (TDSRE) team is looking for a Support Engineer to join our team and deliver strategic goals for Amazon eCommerce Storage Technologies (eCST) systems. You will be responsible for reducing the operational toil and provide operational support for Sable services and help with critical projects like Sable Data Migration. Key job responsibilities
Maintain software hygiene of the services team owns and supports.
Operational excellence through support of incoming tickets including extensive troubleshooting.
Keep the compliance risks for the services team owns and support under control.
2 years of software development or 2 years of technical support experience
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Experience in Unix
Experience scripting in modern program languages
Knowledge of web services distributed systems and web application development
Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
Experience with REST web services XML JSON
