Were looking for a Sellers Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic team supporting one of the worlds most exciting social commerce platforms. Youll play a key role in helping sellers thrive guiding educating and empowering them every step of the way.

Your Tasks

As a Seller Support Representative youll be the go-to expert for sellers on the platform. Your mission To help them grow succeed and feel confident in every interaction.

  • Assist sellers with technical platform questions (listings payments dashboards)
  • Clarify operational procedures around shipping returns policies & compliance
  • Educate sellers on best practices and platform tools to boost performance
  • Make outbound calls to offer personalized support and business insights
  • Analyze seller performance and recommend strategies to increase their success
  • Resolve concerns and complaints with empathy professionalism and speed
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech logistics policy) to offer seamless support

What Were Looking For

  • Spanish: C2 level (native-like fluency)
  • English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service telesales account management or customer success
  • A commercial mindset and ability to influence sellers success
  • Empathy and calmness when handling time-sensitive or sensitive concerns
  • Excellent communication skills written and spoken
  • Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting support or sales KPIs
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms (like Salesforce or Zendesk) Excel or Google Sheets
  • A solid understanding of eCommerce and online marketplaces is a big plus
