Position Summary:

As a Partner Business Development Representative your primary mission is to identify and engage with potential channel partnersyoure not selling our services directly but rather developing strong lead opportunities and setting the stage for future growth. Think of this as a launchpad to a career in strategic sales: youll be building meaningful relationships and setting the table for revenue success without managing the full sales cycle. This is a fully onsite role based in Naperville IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify highpotential distributor partners within the healthcare IT and SaaS space.
  • Conduct strategic outreach to initiate conversations with prospective partners building rapport and piquing interest in MedPros solutions.
  • Execute effective onboarding and engagement strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified distributor leads.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Partnerships teams to hand off qualified opportunities for closure.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential partners.
  • Deliver resources and training to prospects as needed to help them understand our platforms impact.
  • Track outreach efforts responses and relationship progress through CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and partner needs to inform engagement strategies.
  • Support sales pipeline development and help refine our partner engagement strategies based on market feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development partner engagement or sales supportexperience in healthcare IT SaaS or compliance solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for relationshipbuilding.
  • A team player with a selfstarter attitude and high level of initiative.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to juggle multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Interest in longterm career growth into a direct sales or account executive role.
