Home improvement specialists possess a unique skill set that allows for versatility in work. They could focus on one specific area such as siding bathrooms or kitchens or larger parts of home repair. Its not outside of their wheelhouse to come up with plans or sketches but they will want to complete the work themselves. Does this sound like you
- Provide multiple types of home repair maintenance and remodeling.
- Work schedule flexibility when needed
- Effectively communicate with others using a positive upbeat attitude.
- Bid work and produce it well.
- Experience in any three of the following work areas: carpentry bathrooms kitchens painting drywall plumbing electrical flooring outside structures and general home repairs
- Experience in helping homeowners
- Collaboration with fellow craftsmen
- Time management skills and managerial skills
- Valid California drivers license
- Must legally be allowed to work in the U.S.
- Personal transportation and tools
- Must be able to speak and write English
- Experience working directly with customers
